Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew McKay and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named partnership on 23 July 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 24th day of February 2014 giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the partnership.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the partnership’s undertaking, property and assets, and all present and after-acquired property.
