Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Grant Robert Graham and Neale Jackson, hereby give notice that on 21 July 2015, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of certain assets held by Jimmie Kevin McNicholl, pursuant to a court order dated the 21st day of July 2015.
