Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 17 July 2015, we, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of GRAYS FUNERAL SERVICES 2005 LIMITED (in receivership).
