Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Jared Waiata Booth and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receivership has ended and that we have now ceased to act.
