Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Howard Ross Fisk and David John Bridgman, of PwC, were appointed joint and several receivers of Ricky John Lucas on 8 July 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of July 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: Specific property of Ricky John Lucas, being the full indebtedness to Ricky John Lucas by Ricky John Lucas and Farquhar Brooking Trust Company No. 21 Limited as trustees of the Lucas Family Trust No. 2 (“the trust”) and by any new trustees or replacement trustees of the trust (including Hunter Heights Limited).
