Public Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kim Scott Thompson, of Hamilton, hereby gives notice that on 30 June 2015, Kerkys Family Trust appointed Kim Scott Thompson, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, and Thomas Lee Rodewald, of Tauranga, as receivers and managers of the property of BENCHWORKS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of August 2011.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired personal property.
