Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of TRAFO POWER GROUP LIMITED on 24 June 2015 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 18th day of April 2011.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
