Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew James Bethell and James Henry Greenway, both chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company on 18 June 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement (“GSA”) dated the 17th day of May 2011 giving the holder security interests or charges created by the GSA with all the powers conferred by the GSA and at law.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
