Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2015, M. A. McGillivray, shareholder, appointed Roderick T. McKenzie, as receiver and manager of all the property of EXTREME GEAR N.Z. LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 22nd day of December 2005.
