Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of certain business chattels of CGES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 11 June 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of March 2006 giving the holder a secured charge over all present and after-acquired personal property of CGES LIMITED as charged under the general security agreement.
