Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 28 May 2015, Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, both of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers of GARY GEORGE MORTGAGE BROKER SERVICES LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of December 2011.

The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
