Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew John McKay and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 21 May 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 19th day of December 2006 giving the holder a secured charge over the assets of the company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertakings, property and assets.
