Lynda Smart and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 22 May 2015 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of GEDDES MANUFACTURING LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of June 2001, in relation to all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights.
