Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 15 May 2015 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of MARTINI MECHANICAL LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 10th day of July 2012, in relation to all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights.
