Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Shares

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew James Bethell and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of shares of the above-named company on 14 May 2015 under the terms of a specific security deed over shares dated the 15th day of January 2015 giving the holder a secured charge over the all of the shares of the company.

The Property in Receivership is: The shares of the company and all associated rights.
