Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the company on the dates and times below:

• on 23 April 2015, under a general security agreement dated the 2nd day of April 2015; and
• on 24 April 2015, under a general security agreement dated the 21st day of June 2011.
