Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were, on 30 March 2015 appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.

The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertaking of the above-named company, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 17th day of September 2013 over all present and after-acquired property.
