Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of NGAPARA DAIRIES LIMITED on 18 March 2015 under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 10th day of December 2013 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company’s present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
