Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 5 March 2015, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of VALIANT HOMES LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), under the terms of a general security agreement dated on or about the 11th day of April 2012.

The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
