Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We advise that on 9 March 2015, Jared Waiata Booth and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of FASHION UNIFORMS LIMITED (in receivership), under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 9th day of February 2015, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company, under the meaning ascribed to that term in the general security agreement.
