Notice of Resignation and Replacement of Receiver and Manager
Take notice that on 19 December 2014, Justin James Bosley vacated office by resigning as joint receiver and manager of GULF HARBOUR MARLIN LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
Take further notice that Andrew John McKay and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of all the present and after-acquired property of GULF HARBOUR MARLIN LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
The replacement receivers and managers were appointed in place of Justin James Bosley.
The Receivers and Managers’ Office Address is: C/o BDO Auckland Limited, Level 8, BDO Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland.
