Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Partnership Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 18 February 2015 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the partnership of Robert Bruce Jones and Katrina Elizabeth Jones under the powers contained in the following instruments:

1. A general security agreement dated the 25th day of May 2007 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the partnership has rights (whether now or in the future); and
2. A specific security agreement dated the 12th day of May 2003 in relation to all present and after-acquired livestock (being all living organisms other than plants that are kept or used for the purposes of farming) of the partnership (and produce of the livestock) and all livestock in which the partnership has rights (whether now or in the future).
