Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MISSIONVIEW GARDENS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 February 2015 at 11.14am.

We fix Thursday 12 March 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
