Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

KAPAI CHOICE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.01am.
WHITE SHEARING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.07am.
We fix 25 March 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
