Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 4 February 2015 at 12.40pm, when the members appointed Errol Wayne Bailey and Brenton John Joseph Hunt, chartered accountants of Christchurch, as liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
