Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Purusant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 19 December 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WAIONE FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Bryce Smith, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2014.
