Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that ABASE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 December 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2015 at 12.32pm.
