Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David John Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NETBAR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 December 2015 at 11.00am.

We fix 22 February 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
