Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that Biju Surendran, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the companies by the shareholders on 11 December 2015 at 10.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 28 January 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
