ST CLAIR COMMUNITY KINDERGARTEN INCORPORATED (in liquidation)
On 5 December 2014 at 5.00pm the members of ST CLAIR COMMUNITY KINDERGARTEN INCORPORATED passed a resolution at a general meeting, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, putting the society into liquidation, and appointed David Keith Russell of Markhams Clarke Craw as liquidator of the society.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 16 January 2015.
