Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PEGASUS BUILDING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 December 2015 at 10.19am.
We fix 29 January 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
