Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of AVANTE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 February 2015 at 10.32am.

We fix 5 March 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
