Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, by special resolution on 9 December 2015 at 5.00pm, appointed Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
