Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE DANCE AND PHYSICAL THEATRE (DAPHT) TRUST (in liquidation) by the trustees, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 December 2015 at 6.30pm.

We fix 27 January 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
