Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Howard Charles Tonge, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of NZCOMSOL LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 December 2015 at 6.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 January 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
