Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 November 2015 at 12.39pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 21 January 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
