Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that, on 23 November 2015, BULLSEYE MARKETING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation.

David Iannuzzi and Steve Naidenov were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 23 November 2015 at 10.00am.
