Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

On 10 July 2015 at 11.32am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Lloyd James Hayward and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
