Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 26 October 2015 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WOODGROVE FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin Stuart Gray, tax director, and Paul Robert Alexander, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 26 October 2015.
