F C 2012 LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 16 November 2015 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that F C 2012 LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig McCoy and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 November 2015.
