Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Wayne Pattison and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TE KAPUA TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 November 2015 at 10.31am.

We fix 22 December 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
