Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Alexander Ernest Houghton and Mike Alexander Bowden were appointed joint and several liquidators of IMPORTS ESSENTIAL LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 13 November 2015 at 10.00am.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidators fix 11 December 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
