Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 30 April 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that BOAKES HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Stephen Sudbury, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 1 May 2015 at 8.30am.
