Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

BENCHWORKS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 11.56am.
