SAR LIMITED (trading as Shotgun Betty’s Bar and Grill) (in liquidation)
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SAR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2015 at 10.27am.
We fix 14 December 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
