Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 19 October 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that A.J. BROOM ROAD PRODUCTS N.Z. LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce William Stormer, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2015 at 5.00pm.
