MRV LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 15 October 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MRV LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 October 2015.
