Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 28 October 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FGB HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Dale Paula Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 28 October 2015 at 11.00am.
