Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 18 October 2015 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that COWLEY CREATIVE STUDIOS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
