Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DEEP SOUTH SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 October 2015 at 12.19pm.

We fix 2 December 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
